But Can I train My Dog on Buddy Up?
Yes you sure can! But it does depend on what membership you choose. We recommend having a good read of each membership and seeing which one is for you.

What platform is the community on & is there an app?
We researched for around 2 months and tried and tested other online platforms before settling on 'Mighty Networks'. This online platform has been made with community and people magic in mind, it was made for Sit Happens. We find it clean and easy to navigate. We also love the private message feature you can turn on and off.
YES THEY HAVE AN APP! (we are secretly getting ready to build our own private app but ssshhh).
For now you can down load the Mighty App on your android or IOS. From there you can search 'Sit Happens Buddy Up'. If you have already created an account you can 'sign in' or you can create an app through the app. But if you are following our links it should be quite straight forward to log into on your phone.

Is it for Sit Happens Clients only? Can anyone use it?
Sit Happens Buddy is open to EVERYONE. Sit Happens has an amazing community and it's time that community was open to the world. So whether you are a current client, an old client, a future client, someone who is new to Sit Happens or you have just stumbled upon us and no idea what Sit Happens is then you can 100% join in!

If you love your dog, If you want support (even if that support is quietly and you just like to watch and learn) then Sit Happens Buddy Up is for you. Are aim is to have a Buddy in every corner of the world so we can create friends and long last relationships, both online and in person.

So whereever you are in the world this is for you.
Do I have to be apart of the community to join, I'm not very confident or social?
You sound just like Em, one of your Sit Happens Buddy Up hosts. We have created Buddy Up as a safe space for whether you are a social butterfly or you would just rather make the most of our epic learning materials, challenges, badges and just enjoy the learning and training with your dog.
There is so much to do on Buddy up that is not jus community based. Challenge you and your dog, get them badges and learn them tricks. You can set you private message off so you can enjoy Buddy Up in blissful peace if you wish.
Can I Cancel at any time?
Yes of course you can. When you sign up you will get 3 day's free and then after that it will be a rolling monthly contract that you can either cancel or upgrade at any time you wish. You are not committed to anything.

Terms and Conditions for Sit Happens Buddy Up Membership
Welcome to the Sit Happens Buddy Up membership community. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sit Happens Buddy Up platform. By joining our community and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing or using the platform.
1. Safe Space Policy
Sit Happens Buddy Up is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all members. We do not tolerate any form of bullying, harassment, trolling, or negative behavior toward others. Members must adhere to the following guidelines:

No Bullying or Trolling: Any form of bullying, aggressive behavior, or trolling toward others will not be tolerated. This includes any derogatory or harmful comments made towards other members, their dogs, or their training methods.

Respect for Training Choices: We respect that different members may use different training techniques, tools, and approaches. Judging, criticizing, or shaming others for their choices is strictly prohibited. This community is a judgment-free zone.

Consequences for Violations: If any member violates these guidelines, they will be removed from the community without refund and may face a permanent ban from the platform.
2. Prohibition of Sharing or Copying Content
All training materials, videos, media, and resources provided by Sit Happens Dog Training are the exclusive property of Sit Happens Dog Training. Members are prohibited from:

Sharing Content: You may not share, distribute, or make public any of the content provided to you as part of your membership, including but not limited to videos, training materials, and media.

Copying or Repurposing Content: Copying, duplicating, or repurposing any of our content for personal or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Consequences for Violations: Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership, without refund, and potential legal action.
3. Account and Login Policy
Your Sit Happens Buddy Up membership is personal to you, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that:

No Account Sharing: Each membership account is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials with others or allowing multiple individuals to access the platform using the same account is not permitted.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
4. Payments and Refunds
Membership fees are billed according to the subscription package you select (monthly or annually). All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds for memberships that are terminated due to violations of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the materials and content provided through the Sit Happens Buddy Up platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and training resources, are owned by Sit Happens Dog Training. You agree not to infringe on these rights by copying, distributing, or otherwise using the content without our permission.
6. Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in behavior that harms the community. Termination may also result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Sit Happens Buddy Up reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify members of significant changes, and your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
